Fund this solarpunk project
A grassroots group building a deliciously sustainable future needs your help
May Project Gardens (MPG) is an award-winning, South London grassroots organisation. They seek to reconnect urban communities with nature to catalyse personal, social and economic transformation.
Ian Solomon-Kawall founded the project in memory of his mother. He turned the large derelict garden of her council home into a space focused on bringing together a diverse community of people to learn how to live more sustainably.
MPG has taught people as varied as local youths to refugees how to grow food, build with natural materials and install water catchment systems.
MPG are fundraising to repair worn out equipment and pay for the time of those delivering their Natural City Living program.
Aviva is matching donations 2-1. This is because MPG is part of the Aviva Save Our Wild Isles campaign. So every £1 donated by you, they will donate an additional £2. A donation of £10 will turn into £30!
There are just 7 days left to fund them so chip in now if you can. You can donate using the link here or the button below.
